The staff were friendly and professional. The underground car park was easy to access.
The receptionist was initially rude and unhelpful. She didn't explain the parking or amenities. the parking was expensive at 20 euros per day. The spaces were also very small, i scratched my car trying to park it. the sheets and shower had an unpleasant smell. It seemed like a dog odor.

I've stayed here before and came back because it ticks every box! great communication before check in. The check in experience was smooth. the rooms are spacious and well lit. bathrooms are clean. there were power outlets by all beds, convenient. the hotel felt safe and secure.
