small parking spaces unpleasant smell
The staff were friendly and professional. The underground car park was easy to access.
The receptionist was initially rude and unhelpful. She didn't explain the parking or amenities. the parking was expensive at 20 euros per day. The spaces were also very small, i scratched my car trying to park it. the sheets and shower had an unpleasant smell. It seemed like a dog odor.

i found the staff accommodating. they were always ready to assist. there was a guest kitchen i used to store fruits. it had a stove to prepare dishes.
the area around did not feel particularly inviting at night.

I've stayed here before and came back because it ticks every box! great communication before check in. The check in experience was smooth. the rooms are spacious and well lit. bathrooms are clean. there were power outlets by all beds, convenient. the hotel felt safe and secure.

the common kitchen included all necessary equipment and was clean. the play area was a great addition for families traveling with children. the laundry facilities were easily accessible, very convenient for longer stays.
